Following, also in the Greensboro area. 

Hey BP,

Looking to connect with some New Construction, Builders and specifically Log Cabin builders in the Seven Devils, Boone, Blowing Rock etc area of North Carolina. Hoping to get some insight on new construction in those areas and how the process works if any of our bigger pockets family can help. I currently live in the Greensboro area and have the opportunity to buy a piece of property in Seven Devils and have questions about building up there, costs, permits, land requirements etc. My plan would be to purchase the property and build a 3 bedroom cabin or mountain home on it as a short term rental and family vacation home. Any advice is welcome!

This was my wife and I's first home. Built brand new from the ground up in a growing fast growing neighborhood/ area. Held the house for 5 years and sold. Took the profits made and put it directly into our next house.

I also am in the Triad area (Burlington) and have been in the area for 6 years. I am interested in Fix n Flip and BRRRR. Really wanting to land a Duplex to fix and hold. So far I've bought and sold 1 house for profit and am now in my second. I've completely renovated my current house and am debating selling now while the getting is GREAT. However, great deals are hard to find right now. Open to partnering, sharing ideas, networking etc...
