Personally I'd hold on to that equity and try leasing that property out as the first rental in your portfolio. But like others have said it all comes down to your end goal. I'd definitely read more on BP and network as much as possible, you don't wanna make a haste decision on this. Good luck to you and you're lucky with such a great jump start! David Miller
