Is anyone adjusting their real estate buying strategies in light of the possible market crash coming in the next couple years? Since we don’t know when it is coming, but that because of market cycles it will happen eventually.. is anyone changing their strategies (ex: not buying expensive houses to flip in case the home loses a lot of its value and are unable to sell) to mitigate the increasing risk?

Hi @Brandon Sturgill, Thank you for that. Do you primarily try to stay within your state in this case or fly out to inspect the homes you purchase and build relationships with local vendors in those areas?

The market in my area is very expensive and I would like to buy properties out of state, but the problem I face is that I obviously can’t physically see all the homes I’d like to consider. Does anyone else face this issue and what do you do to overcome this and conduct successful investments?
