Hi,

I have an anonymous investor who needs to deploy millions into brick and mortar gas stations as well as 12,000 mobile homes asap. If anyone knows who I can contact to make a connection between the holder of this large of inventory to my investor please let me know.

Hi All,

My TK company asked if I wanted do do an annual termite treatment for $200. In CA termites aren’t too terrible of an issue to have to get an annual spray. Is it an issue in Little Rock for me to need to get an annual spray?

Thanks!

As an update:

As of January they have defaulted on their promissory note to investors. At this point we are waiting on a buyer’s offer or moving forward to foreclosure. Their communication has continued to be horrible and in my personal opinion they’ve been quite insensitive in their responses to investor concerns.

@Juan Lozano

I invested with John Larson’s company and they have since defaulted on their payments and have extremely poor communication skills. I would highly recommend not to invest with them

@Taylor L. Sure!

I was looking for something a bit more stable than a value-add in these uncertain times and was interested to find that MAG capital had a project for a triple net industrial tenant with a long-term lease and 9 months of prepaid rent. Their product was deemed an essential service and the preferred return would be cumulative. So far they have been very professional and made distributions each month since closing to their investors.

@Anthony Faber

Yes, they’ve been in business since 2015. Here is their BP business page. I have invested into one of their syndication projects as of recently. Hope this helps.
