Hi guys, my name is Coban Scott, I have 1 and a half years left in University to get my undergraduate degree, but I really have passion for real estate and want to start working in the industry right after I graduate and even this summer before my last year. Can you guys give me some tips on how to begin working with certain companies or which positions I should pursue to really jumpstart my career out of university. I was thinking some property development companies and stuff like that but they would most likely want someone with experience. I am set on real estate investing and owning my own investing business, but I need capital to begin, what do you get recommend as someone who is willing to hustle and work extremely hard to gain experience and work for very little money to learn the game. Which companies or how would you guys go about this situation.

I am looking to house hack to start my investing journey, what are the top things to look for when purchasing a property to house hack? Will a bank give me a loan if I don't have consistent income because I am still a university student and intend for my renters to pay my mortgage? I'm looking to buy a triplex or fourplex if possible and have live in one of the units. Any tips or tricks would be very helpful!

Does anybody have an idea on the best places in Canada for a new real estate investor to start out? I have heard Calgary is a good place because of prices but does anybody have any insight on where you can get the best deals?

I'm open to opportunities outside of Toronto as well forsake, it's just I really went to get some experience because I know experience is the best teacher. It just can't be to far away because I need to be in decently close proximity for my first rental.

Bigger Pockets doesn't show agents in Canada, do you know any other ways to try and get to know people and network while being in school most days?
