Good Afternoon BP'ers,

I received a pre-qualification letter from one of my personal banks last week for a line of credit up to $50,000. I was thinking that this may be God sent considering the funding I am short for one of the deals I currently have under contract or should I not waste my time or points to my FICO score on this offer. Just this past February my full time job ended due to funding, so now I am investing in real estate full time. I received a severance package and had money saved, so what is the best way to present my finances and deal to the bank to get the line of credit approved?

@Carolina S. I have a few that I can send you. I haven't used any at this time, but my friend who work at the county sent me over a list of GC's that have been approved by them. I can send you the list. Also, I just used a great inspector to inspect a home we just recently put under contract in Port Saint Lucie, so I can send you his information as well.
