I'm new to investing in real estate and I have not actually invested in real estate yet. I had an unfortunate medical accident that has landed me over 50k in debt. I do not even make 50k in a year. Is there a way I can start investing or get involved in some deals without or with very little money. If there is any other roads I can explore or investment ideas that anyone can offer? I'm also worried that my credit might suffer soon because of it. Thank You to anyone that has any advice.

That was a lot of great advice. I do not have a degree, I work on the sales side of banking. I am a complete newbie and I want to do things the right way. Thank you for all your help.

I want to become an investor but other than what I have read and studied I have no real estate experience at all. So I am looking for a way to build my experience. Thank you for all your information.
