It seems that you are covering many areas of the forum. You are buying, rehabbing, renting, and selling (owner finance, that I may be able to help you with). Here`s what I see you want to do:
1) offering my experiences to anyone asking questions-
Great! You can help people who post on the forum and they can ask you questions.
2) looking to learn more than I know now-
Currently, it seems to me that you have learned much. You could start to research bigger, high end residential projects or consider commercial projects.
3) meeting like-minded people, there aren't many of us-
There here, they are just lurking in the shadows.
4) getting the word out about what I am doing.-
You joined the forum and you are replying to people´s postings. You are getting the word out. A newbie will see your postings and then contact you with questions. It is that simple.
