Greetings aspiring multi-millionaires (and those that already are)! :D
Just found this community and am very thrilled about it. Looking forward to the plethora of knowledge I will gain from everyone!

Not necessarily new to the real estate and investing arena (but still have tons to learn). Collectively with my business partner we own 5 properties, ranging from townhomes, single family homes, and a multi-unit building (not much, but gotta start somewhere!).

I tried (but barely got off the ground) the land development of the industry and failed miserably...or should I say, couldn't even secure a piece of land. :crying:
