Hello From Boise

Hi there. My name is Darrick. I live in Boise and my background is in new construction. I served as the COO of a mid-size residential construction company out of Portland, until about a year ago when I decided to move back to Boise, where I was raised, and start a construction company.

I do some rehab and rental projects, but my primary focus is on Pre-construction deals. I noticed there was some desire for information regarding these sorts of gigs and I hope, as I learn from you folks, that I can be a resource as well.
