@Vivan Bhalla rent a house and air bnb per room. You're in a prime location. Or buy a shed build it inside and air bnb a small house.

@David Friedman exactly my friend. I'm renting 2 rooms at 700 a pop. Enough to pay my mortgage and cash flow $700 month

@Zen Freese I'm currently doing it. I'd say if you build it out good in quality your good. Also it's the market that dictates whether you will get a renter for it or not. Here in California there's a housing crisis so believe me a well-built shed converted is no problem at all. You will rent it out I guarantee that 100% even air also.

@Derrick Burtle to be honest it's a bit saturated here for that. However if I have to be honest I'm not on it with advertisement. I charge $150 a day witch is a decent price. But I'm thinking of $99 a day. someone once told me a fast nickel is better than a slow dime.

@Sean Starkey i plan on doing the same thing. Fix n flips a few times until I can rent out @ %100 cash flow. With $70k I'll get more bang for my buck. Invest in "affordable" single fam. Even if it means looking into a different state. I'm not to fond of using "other people's money" peace of mind is priceless

@Keith A. I got me a dump trailer so I rent it out every so often. Or i haul dirt aggregate material for people. On weekends or whenever i want
