@Gino Volta most of the city will provide good returns. It a matter of whether that is cash flows or appreciation that you are seeking. Risk tolerance and other factors need to be considered. Also with very low inventory you have to be extremely aggressive.

@Todd Bingham I wouldn’t suggest getting a vendor level membership unless and until you plan to be a part of the board or the higher level network. Make sure it’s a fit first. If you are coming in to promote your PM company primarily you will find that several board members already own and operate larger PM companies that are well entrenched.

@Megan Gleeson it will vary a lot depending on what you are having done. Our labor on avg is under 2k for each of those if there’s no electrical or plumbing to be rerouted.

@Emily Mauch be very aware of the str laws and regs in louisville. It might be a good property for ABB but that doesn’t mean the city will allow you to. We run some bnbs and I’m happy to help if you need it.

@Zachary Mroczkowski you can find KREIA on Facebook along with about 20 local wholesalers groups. All have virtual meetups.Luke Neubauer and Raphael Collazos group looked like it was gaining momentum before covid. It was very BP centered.

@Noreen R. I use Wright home inspections and Home Md most often.

Good luck on contractors. They tend to be a bit like comets in the sky locally as there’s no real regulations or governing body. Greg Kelly with R+G has done some work for me recently and he has a good portfolio on Facebook.
