What Russell and Brent said! We actually raised rents and had zero vacancies. 

0% percent credit card for 18 months.  That's how I built my first portfolio until my small bank started giving me a line of credit.

I'm a big fan of adding a sewer inspection for any property built before 1980. However a sewer inspection should only be an additional $200 but I can only speak for my area. 

I don't know if they are happy but I sure am!

As stated  above Home Depot and Lowe's both run specials on appliances in November every year. 

The only time I replace old windows is if I'm doing new siding.  I love old windows and have become really good at rebuilding them.  I got my cost down to about $15 a window. YouTube has some great videos on how to rebuild them and all the parts are still available. 

He probably got a USDA loan with zero down.  Typically with USDA property must be in a rural location and you can get zero to 5% down loans. 

I'm shocked he is going to come back to the United States or is he doing a live broadcast. Maybe the FBI will be attending the event.  LOL
