Wow, would you advise investing in surrounding cities instead of Houston as a first time investor?  I initially thought Houston would be a tough market to get my hands-on some great deals but was hoping after more research and actually getting out there would prove me wrong. 

I'm starting to see all of the value that's provided from BP. This is going to be exciting.

Hello there!  I'm a new member to the BP community from Houston, TX.  I'm a newly licensed real estate agent as well as a new investor trying to gain as much knowledge as I can so that I can move forward with my 1st deal.  Any tips and/or advice on flipping and/or buy and hold is greatly appreciated!
