Hey there not sure if you have yet to find financing for this property..if not please contact me...this is something I deal with on a daily basis. If you have 10-25% to put down this is easy for you. The reason I say 10-25% the more you put down the better rate I can get you!

Hey ya i agree you don't need to show that much documentation, to get things started would help if you supply an Executive Summary, explaining what the property is used for, where it is, how much it costs, etc... if you have any questions or need assistance with this loan I would be more then happy to help you out!
