Hi well I see your very knowledable in the mortgage field, you are aware of the My Community program well it is designed for borrowers with less then $60,000 a year in income, however I would need to see your credit report to be 100% positive it would work. If you have numerous lates and negatives on your account they will not allow you in the program. Tell you what shoot me an e-mail and we can discuss in further detail.

Well the DTI is going to be 45%, and he can go SIVA however his assets aren't that deep a few thousand.

As far as the above comments on how he was able to buy those plots of land, I can actually be an equity partner and you don't come to the table with anything however the value must be in the property and you must show lots of documentation, and other various assets. So it is doable however a difficult scenario.
