I will be investing in properties in Oklahoma, primarily North Oklahoma City and Edmond. Trying to research my options on private lenders and funding available. Any help/advice is appreciated.

I have several projects that meet your $2mm to $75mm range. I am looking for Private money because of the flexibility and I'm trying to avoid the high upfront fees charge by Brokers and Hard Money lenders.
