hello everyone,

I'm a new real estate investor/wholesaler who is new to the business and this website. I was a realtor for a few years in San Diego before moving to Massachusetts. I recently saw the webinar for this software and I'm really on the fence about buying it. I have yet to close my first deal but I have my website, business cards and my LLC ready to go. 995 bucks is a little to steep for me to pay but I would be willing to go half on the price with someone and share it. Does anyone have any recent results or report from using the software? I've been burned a lot over the past few years by real estate "gurus" with courses that didn't work for me and 2014 is my year to finally change my life and hopefully fire my boss one day. Any help and advice would be appreciated.

hello everyone,

I'm a new real estate investor/ wholesaler looking for my first deal. I have a website up and running and I have an LLC formed and in place. My question is how do I find vacant properties in my area with out of state owners or in state owners? I saw a program online called "findmotivatedsellsnow.com" bot they want 995 dollars for their program and that's to rich for my blood right now. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I myself was interested in purchasing this course but I will hold off after reading this thread. How exactly does this course work. I'm very new to the wholesaling business (I haven't closed my first deal yet) and I want to do everything the right way. Thanks.

wow.....thanks everyone for the greetings. I'm excited about getting started. I'm also nervous about attempting my first deal but I have to do it. I definitely am looking forward to firing my boss one day! I've spent a lot of money on real estate courses from real estate "guru's" and some of those courses seemed like scams that haven't helped me at all no matter how hard I worked at it so hopefully with the information on this website and the real world advice from all of you I can finally take those first steps into real estate investing! I'm a landlord now, so I know I can make that transition into becoming a real estate investor!

hello everyone,

I'm a newbie to this site and I'm looking to start the path to becoming a real estate investor. Here is my story....

I'm a former U.S. Marine who served for 8 years on active duty. After active duty I was a realtor for 2 years in the San Diego area and I worked for prudential California realty. I moved to Massachusetts for a job and I purchased my first home 7 years ago. My home is a 2 family and I've been a landlord for 7 years. I'm looking to get started with wholesaling real estate in my area or possibly "Bird dogging" for deals for buyers or investors. Im just really tired of my 9 to 5 job and I want to begin the process of becoming a real estate investor. Hopefully with hard work I can one day leave my day job in a few years or even sooner if it's possible. It's my dream. I'm hoping to network and learn as much as I can from all of you. Thanks everyone!
