@Sheryl Sitman Thank you! Yes Philadelphia is booming and I want to get in the mix, not only am i TERRIFIED to do it, but im excited! If that makes sense. I just want to make sure Im going about this the correct way, making smart decisions and creating a plan that leads to lifelong wealth for my family. What do you suggest that I start with besides learning? My biggest knowledge deficit is funding/financing, where  do i begin?
