I took rent up on one of my families properties several hundred a month adding a washer dryer. Stack units can fit in tight spaces. Chuck

Contact local property managers. They deal with this daily placing tenants. Also job stats for area. Chamber of commerce for the city or county and property is in can be helpful! Who are the major employers? Chuck
