No Ma'am A GAR forms you would write the contract on are assignable.  They may be shocked when they find out but it is legal, written in black and white!  If your in Georgia , email me , I'm coming across deals daily . Happy Investing

Is the Basement finished?  Unfinished basements are cheaper to install a Mediation system ($1500) and closer to $2000 if finished.  Did you take pictures?
