New to forum, but not new to real estate - Athens, GA

I was born and raised in and around Athens, GA. I went to high school here and attended the University of Georgia. I have a BBA in Marketing from the University of Georgia and extensive experience in online marketing.

I have a WIDE variety of skills I have accumulated over the years...computer and IT, e commence and online marketing, graphic design and a bunch of others. When in doubt, I learn new skills where I am very competent in that field.

I guess I just couldn't ever leave :). I have a wife and 2 boys and live in Oconee County.

I am a licensed real estate broker and own my own small brokerage (licensed for about 14 years and a broker for 11 (have to have 3 yrs before you can have a brokers license in Georgia). 

Love to connect with some people and start my REI side of my business.
