My husband and I have always wanted to live on the beach. We are both teachers so we thought this was out of our possibilities, however, after 3 live in flips, we were able to build our dream house with our own private beach without getting a loan!! We also had enough left over to buy our first official rental house. We rented it out February 1st! Hoping that works out. We then took out a loan to purchase another rental that needs rehabbing. Plus it came with a second cottage on the same lot. We are working on that now!! We have our work cut out for us but fingers crossed!!!

It is a pleasure to meet you! Honesty is always the best policy to follow. Keep us in mind when you have houses in Ocean Springs. We live and invest there!! We are small potatoes compared to most because we both work full time and do this on our time off!! We also like buy and hold so our finances aren’t unlimited, but would love for you to keep us in mind!

@Everett W Herrington Hi!!! I don’t know about wholesaling, but I live on the MS Gulf Coast. My husband and I would love for you to keep us in mind for some of your houses!! We are trying to finish up a few projects right now, but if the right deal came along we could make it work! Good luck!!!
