Hello Fellow Members!

I am new to BP and have 3 properties in escrow in Memphis.  However, I would love to consider something in California or Oregon, but all I hear is the horror stories like I had to sell my house to get rid of my tenant stories.

Can someone point me to past forums that can give me some clarification?

I guess my picture file was too big....answered my own question.

This is the error code I get when trying to compute a new rental property evaluation.

Can someone tell me if I have a problem with my wifi or what the problem might be?  My computer is brand new.

Absolutely Eric.  I am pretty flexible, except for Monday eves.  Downtown Bend has many good places, I would suggest Greg's Grill in the Old Mill Shopping Center, it is spacious and people can actually carry on a conversation.

This string of posts is older, but we are in the Bend area and looking for investment opportunities.  If anyone knows of a Central Oregon established group, would love to know.
