@Ray Danishyar thanks so much for this message and great reminder. You are 100% right. I appreciate the nudge. Wish you all the best Ray

@Greg Kasmer thanks! Yes I’d love to! Let’s set something up. Thanks Greg

Hi All,  I live right outside of Philly and I have been really interested in Real Estate for over 20 years, was a landlord, etc (You can read my bio for the juicy details).  I am wanting to get back into real estate and eventually make it my full time "career"  I do alot of networking with investors,  read books, jump on webinars, etc.  I am interested in Wholesaling (at least to start. for a while)  Many investors I speak to all say that it really needs to be done full time (which I can understand) however, i am not able to make a full time jump like that at this stage in my life, just yet, so _ WHO CAN I HELP???  I want to HELP some people so I can learn and get my feet wet. I am, and have been in sales for over 10 years. I am no stranger to cold calling. I do not mind doing grunt work on a part time basis to HELP someone grow their business and make money.  In turn, I will also learn, and DO Real estate so that when the time comes, I can jump in.  Is there anyone on here who would be down to allowing me to do something like this (on a part time basic)?   I work from home full time and have flexibility!

@Justin Windham. There are many avenues that work better than a 401K. There are some good comments on here. I’m in the life insurance world and I’ve helped quite a few investors set up a cash value policy that allows for tax free withdraws / retirement, where some investors pull out the cash to fund their properties. It’s becoming your own bank, in essence. Id be happy to send over a PowerPoint- no strings attached. I’m passionate about building wealth through Tax Free vehicles and real estate so if I can help in any way, I’m all in. Take care!

@Steven Wilson agreed 100%. My ultimate goal is to invest again as well. I’ve always believed A good motto is to follow people who DO the things you want to do and ARE the people who you’d want to be like 👍🏼

@Steven Wilson lol! One of the reasons I may be getting out of insurance sales is exactly because of what’s it’s turning into (more recruiting than actual doing the business). I’m

All about building a team and all but so many people in my industry are fake and no nothing about insurance but yet want to recruit and pretend to be some expert that will teach you how to make millions. Just a bad look/taste.

Ive always been into real estate so I’m thinking about making a leap….

Hi. Looking into starting wIth EXP. I am

Impressed by their growth and training.

My original path was going to be KW, but I’m really intrigued by EXP. Thoughts?

I will be part time to start

@Brian Ellis DUDE - CONGRATULATIONS!!!

you will look back on this many years from now as the day/time you chose freedom over fear. This is awesome. Go full speed and never looks back. I will be right there with you eventually
