Does anyone have dependable contacts for property repairs? Plumber, electrician, general maintenance.

My current team is costing me too much money because they are slow and quality is pore. I have to bring in bigger companies to clean up behind them for much higher rates.

Hello,

I am looking for properties in the metro milwaukee area. I am looking for duplexes and other multifamily properties. I am also interested in single families. 

Right now I'm focused on buy and hold for cash flow, so multi units are my first choice.
