Future Real Estate Investor - Milwaukee
Hi everyone,
I want to start real estate investing in the Milwaukee area. My plan is value add buy and hold. I am trying to learn as much as possible. Looking for any advice or recommendations. Thanks for your time!

@Ashley St. Gelais- I was thinking getting started with a duplex/4-plex and going to larger multi-family over time, I am no expert, advice either way would be helpful. As far as areas of Milwaukee, once again maybe I am way off here but I was thinking around the airport area, Glendale/Brown Deer area, Wauwatosa/West Allis (probably too expensive). Advice again would be greatly appreciated.
