as an agent I would agree with mr passi. Congrats on taking that step. Doing real estate part time can make the marketing your self longer. Since you're in the city I would say start with rentals just to get your feet wet then get into sales. Let me know when you get your lisence. I have a property I'm looking into at the moment. I haven't made an offer only because i'm trying to get financing for this property. ARV is 210,000 Asking for $120,000 but ill offer no more than $90,000. Repairs come out to $20,000 and Im looking to sell right after wards. If anyone wants to know more on this deal please reply and lets talk more. Property is located in Westchester County NY
