Want to know if there is anyone in Philly that can start an LLC for me so i can start doing business there as a property owner. I currently live in NYC.

So im going to invest some money i have and wanted to do this the right way. i was told that i have to get a promissory note done stating how much im investing and so on and so forth. Im having trouble figuring out how to go about doing it the proper way. Any one have advise on how to start?

I was told that in order for me to use my llc registered in ny can’t be used outside in another state. Was told to register it as a foreign company in the state you want to invest in. Has anyone gone through this if so how do you go about?

So I finally refinanced on my own place. Now I’m looking to invest my money. I’ve been looking in Philadelphia PA and what ever scraps I can find in upper New York. It’s hard finding a good deal. I’m willing to work with others that have deals set and just need private funding so I can start making money that way.

I can give you the information from the guy in our office that works in the lending department. Our office only lends in the nyc and Hudson valley area
