Hey everyone!

So I am 21, and I have about 200K I want to use for fix and flips in the Starkville, MS area. Is there any advice for finding a good priced house to renovate and how to find good contractors in the local area?

thanks!

I am a college student at Misssissippi State University that has found a great four-plex deal. After running through some calculators, it cash flows around 1500 per month. I have more than enough for a down payment, and I also have another college partner that would be willing to join. I have great credit and down payment covered, but I don't have two years at a job to get a conventional loan. I know of some possible ways to get funding, but I was wondering if anybody had some ideas of how to fund this? Thanks!

So, I am 20 years old, and I am a college student studying aerospace engineering at Mississippi State University in Starkville, MS. I have a nice amount of money set aside to start real estate investing, but first I want to build my team (real estate agent, contractor, property manager, etc...). I was wondering if anybody had any recommendations for the Starkville or Mississippi area in general, and what my team should consist of. Thanks!

@Kiera Underwood Hey, sorry I get busy with school, but I'd love to house hack. Sadly I have already signed a lease for an apartment with some buddies. But, my senior I would love to look into it, and I have been looking around at Starkville. I'm not really sure though what would be good to house hack, so any information would be great! Also, thank you everybody else for the info!

So I'm 19 almost 20 with about 17,000 in savings. I am a full-time student studying aerospace engineering at Mississippi State University. The real estate is okay here, and I have been doing some reading of Brandon's book and listening to the podcast for several months. I would love to start investing, but I don't know where to start or If I am too young. I know I want to create passive income via rental properties, and I would like to do this through BRRRR. Any advice on good real estate agents or how to get started?
