College Student With Four-Plex Oppurtunity
I am a college student at Misssissippi State University that has found a great four-plex deal. After running through some calculators, it cash flows around 1500 per month. I have more than enough for a down payment, and I also have another college partner that would be willing to join. I have great credit and down payment covered, but I don't have two years at a job to get a conventional loan. I know of some possible ways to get funding, but I was wondering if anybody had some ideas of how to fund this? Thanks!
