I am in the NEPA area and I am in need of a Property Manager.  I am looking to start acquiring properties again but want to have a solid Prop manager in place so I can hit the ground running.  Please let me know if you know anyone in the Wilkes Barre / Scranton areas. 

Bring an offer! Great Investment opportunity located 1 block away from the Wilkes Barre General Hospital. Vacant Commercial space down stairs rented 2-3 bedroom space upstairs  with long term tenant bringing  in $750 a month. Space also has a garage.  The possibilities are endless used to be an accountants office but has large windows that would help any business. 

Looking for a CPA that has a substantial background in Real Estate and is Familiar with Pennsylvania tax code. 

I think both areas have their pro's and con's it really depends on what specifically you want to accomplish and the rate on your returns.  Both areas seem to be improving but there is much work to be done.  I think a good deal is a good deal regardless if it is in Scranton or WB as always just do your due diligence and plan accordingly.
