Hello Everyone one.  We have a date, time and location of our first North OC meetop.  We will take a look at the turn out for this meeting and if need be tweak the day or time to accommodate the majority.  The meeting will be this Friday the 16th @ 6 pm.  Here is the address 1024 East Bastanchury Road Fullerton, CA 92835.  I will confirm with Andy Kim that we are still able to utilize the space.  Looking forward to meeting everyone.  Remember "NO SELLING".

@Ben Reichenberger Hey fellow Washingtonian.  We moved from Seattle going on 4 years now to California.  Sounds like you are off to a great start. Have you read Eugene Vollucci or Steve Berges books on multifamily property yet?

@Lamor Royes First you have to know your area. FInd the ARV for the area you are interested in. Find the median home price. Find cost replacement just to start.

Hello everyone.  Here is the results, for those who shared there thoughts, on what day to have the meeting, 2 for Friday evening and 4 for Saturday morning. A few people said either day will work for them.  We are getting close.  I will have the day on time posted on my next group post.
