What formula are rehabbers using to evaluate a deal? Are you using the standard 70% of ARV- repairs-10% for unknowns- wholesale fee?

Hello Everyone.  Here is what information Nathan provided for us on a location for this months meeting.

So I checked with the powers that be at Chapman, and I could get a room that would hold up to 50 people in the residence halls for a one-time event, but it wouldn't be able to be re-occurring. So if we're trying to find a new home for the group meetings this wouldn't be a good option. But if we wanted to do just one meeting there, we could pretty much pick any day of the week and if there isn't already a student club meeting at that time we could reserve it.

And yes, it would still cost people $3 to park in the Chapman lots. The streets around the school all require permits and they ticket really quick.
