Hey everyone, just looking for some advice! There is a new duplex being built right by my house, and still has some work to be done before it's finished. I was just wondering if anyone knew of any ways to possibly get some info regarding the house, like who is even going to be used to list it. Wasn't sure if because it isn't done being built that information on it will be scarce, but figured reaching out to the builder now could be beneficial when the time comes for it to be listed... I could definitely be wrong though. Any advice is much appreciated, thank you!

Just spit balling, and looking for opinions/experiences with similar endeavors. I have two friends moving to Tampa Florida within the coming year, and in my eyes I feel like this is an opportunity to potentially branch out my real estate investments in the future. I was wondering people's thoughts on the idea, and tips from anyone who has made this method work in the past/present. I am planning to read David Greene's book on long distance investing, but figured I'd get the ball rolling now and open the floor for any advice.

Hey everyone! My name is Chris Ferrari, and I'm a recent college graduate looking for any advice people have to offer. I have always had an interest in real estate, have been reading different books about the topic, and am looking for any tips on how to even get in the game. Living in Massachusetts with the pricing of homes being fairly high compared to average rent, I'm just lost on how to start. I know with the Fed Reserve rate hikes coming in 2022 it should (hopefully) drive property prices down a bit; I guess I'm just looking for tips from anyone who has made it work in the area/similar areas. Sorry if the post is worded poorly, trying to put all of the ideas going through my head into one post isn't so easy because I don't want to write out a novel. Thank you for any responses in advance!
