Property Currently Being Built

Hey everyone, just looking for some advice! There is a new duplex being built right by my house, and still has some work to be done before it's finished. I was just wondering if anyone knew of any ways to possibly get some info regarding the house, like who is even going to be used to list it. Wasn't sure if because it isn't done being built that information on it will be scarce, but figured reaching out to the builder now could be beneficial when the time comes for it to be listed... I could definitely be wrong though. Any advice is much appreciated, thank you!
