I was just brainstorming MTR for an upcoming investment but was overwhelmed with the quantity of Furnished finder listings in the Tucson, AZ area. Amenities and location seems to be the big differentiator but still have my concerns of how big is the offering in this area.

Hi Melissa, I'm in the process of covering detached garage to an ADU, curious, how's it coming along? I just submitted plans to the city and now I'm looking for contractors/vendors. I try my best to stay motivated and focused even though had a few rough experiences on other projects before with them. Building a reliable network of contractors is one of my main goals for this year to help me scale up moving forward. I'm happy to collaborate and help fellow investors in the area.

I'm in the process of converting a 900sqft detached garage in the north east area of Tucson. I just applied for the permits and have plans recently drawn by architect. Architect plans here runs for about $2.50-E3.50 x sq. ft. I will keep you updated as I go.
