@Amanda Thompson

Let me tell you from my own experience, I myself had to rent a house, because divorce.

I work with show dogs so I told the people I had 3 dogs and they were ok with it.

Sometimes I had 5 or 6 there. But of course they were kept in their crate or outside, never loose in the house and everything was clean. I returned the house I think cleaner than was given to me.

So not everyone will destroy your property just by having an extra pet, especially a cat.

So check with them, talk about it and maybe give them a break, maybe they need it.

@Jack Orthman

Thank you for taking the time to explain it that way, it does make sense when looking to increase the rent, even when it’s a bit every year.

One more thing, when it comes to the age of the property, do you have a max number of years you would purchase a property or is just base on the condition itself.?

Hey guys,

I’m looking into purchasing 10 to 20 apartment building, is there really much difference between them on work to be done ?? Or really 10 or 20 is mostly the same work. Would you guys consider a rehab or turnkey property?

Thanks

Hey guys, I’m trying to understand how does depreciation works on short term rental, I know the house would probably be the same as any, how about the content? Furniture? Appliance ? Etc. Thanks

@Christian Rangel

Do you finance it as regular investment property? Not easier or harder to get a loan for them?
