Thanks John, I already was thinking on the maintenance, since I myself have stayed in a few of them.

I guess is just matter of scheduling cleaning and maintenance after check outs,

Do you keep some days empty to do this work?

Trying to decide which way to go, many questions to answer. But what are your thoughts.

Is there a low season in short rental? More probable to get the place trashed? Repairs ? Etc. Let me know your experience.
