Indianapolis Market Stats

I came across some these awesome market stats for Indianapolis and thought I would share. Indy is a market that has been under the radar for the last 5 or so years but is gaining a lot of attention from institutional and out of state investors (for many reasons!).

What are some other emerging markets you are targeting?

@Justin Goodin I agree. Indianapolis is a great market not just because it cash flows well but it has strong economic/demographic trends such as a growing population, growing jobs, a modern economy with a diverse employment base. We've been active in Indy for 10 years now. I have to disagree that it is under the radar though. I think most investors have discovered it's potential. We're expanding in to the Quad Cities which I think is truly under the radar. The Quad Cities is a medium sized marked with affordable prices and strong cash on cash returns. The Iowa side is best due to lower property taxes, business friendly climate and more landlord friendly.
