@Claudio Golia Pretty much anything between Cranmore and attitash would be a pretty good bet! I am a painting and home repair contractor in the area and and spend a decent amount of time in the condos up here. The main issue i run into in them is water damage in the upper units. With the amount of snow we get and the drastic temperature changes ice dams on the roofs cause a lot of the issues i see. If you are looking into any specific condos let me know and i can give you more information on them!

Hi @Rich Thomas summer, fall, and winter is a pretty easy time to rent in our area! We were voted number one ski town in the US the past two years so winter time is crazy busy. Early spring is great to with all the spring skiing but once the snow melts the bugs and mud definitely make it a less desirable area haha. I live in the area and just invested in our first duplex. I have lots of friends that do airbb and they are usually always booked out. Depending on which area you are going to invest in they are making it a little more difficult to airbb. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out and i can help anyway i can!

@Alex Varner in my area and how i like to do payements is a 1/3 at start and the rest upon completion. If it is a bigger job maybe 1/3, 1/3, and 1/3. I always provide a detailed estimate of all the work to be done from start to finish and if the client would like one an itomized material list. The first 1/3 for me is just in case something happens and i don't get paid the rest at least i have enough to cover the matierals for the most part. If you have a contractor that you use somewhat often such as a plumber, electrician, etc... ask them if they have heard of the guy or business and can give you some feedback.

@Tom R. For easy color matching I would try the Sherwin- Williams colorsnap. It's $60 at your local SW store connects to the app on your phone or tablet and is as spot on as you can get with the color matching. It does not tell you what sheen it is tho. I prefer California paint products but most good paint stores can match SW paints exactly!
