I am interested in learning the success rate with probate leads.  Investor and Real Estate Agents please share your experience with probate list for lead generation.  Also what companies did you purchase the list from or did you look up the leads yourself.  Any success stories with probates?

What are some of the Pros and Cons of off market selling and buying? MLS fees and Broker fees canbe expensive. With internet marketing its fairly easy to locate market properties without an agent or Broker. Im looking to here from Real Estate Investors and Brokers.

So the only option to keep property is Modification or Bring loan current?  Majority of the homeowners don't want to sell or list with agent.
