I just listed a 7 unit 100% occupied mf in Gainesville Fl,  Close to the University and downtown.  We have more people than we do rentals.

@Addison Robertson each market is different. Depending on the amount of time they have had it on the market. If it is a property owned by a business, it's all about the numbers. If it is an individual you have a better chance of them coming back.
