For anyone interested, I host the Horry County REIA and the North Myrtle Beach REI meet ups. NMB meeting is this Saturday at 9am. MB meet up is next Tuesday at 6pm. All info is on meet-up website.

I kinda am. Myrtle Beach. My intention is to brrrr but flip is plan B. I have 2 I should be closing on next week.

Hey Andrew. We are going to switch it to the first Tuesday of every month at the Sneaky Beagle in Carolina Forest at 6pm. Next meeting is September 1st.

I can honestly say that @Pete Schmidt can and will have all of this up and running in no time. It truly is a beast of a property with tons of potential. On another note, he’s the best property manager I know. Myrtle Beach, Conway, all of Horry County he handles it. 

@Andrew Caceres Hey Andrew. I'm always interested in meeting other investors and partnering on deals. If you want to meet some more like-minded people I also host the Horry County REIA. We meet the last Thursday of every month.

@Alejandro Obando Hey Alejandro. I started in a similar situation. Operating Engineer with around $100k. I bought a 3 family house in Morris Park back in 2016. Put 10% down with an FHA loan and got a seller assist on the closing costs (bundled the closing costs into the mortgage). So far so good. Morris Park is one of the best neighborhoods in the Bronx. If you need any advice let me know.

@Matt Millem Make the move! We moved here to Myrtle Beach a month ago from NYC and couldn’t be happier. 

@Mark H. Porter Hey Mark. I’m not too sure about doing it remotely. But maybe you will be in town for our meetings. We will shoot for a morning meet up around breakfast time on a weekday. Probably early June.
