Hello - I am based in the SF Bay Area and am interested in turnkey investments. Having a full-time job (60 hours+ week) + being a single parent, this seems like the most time efficient way to investment in real estate. 

I would love to hear anyone's experience with turnkey investing - good or bad. 

I would also love any recommendations for some good turnkey firms I can contact.

I am looking to buy my first multifamily property and am narrowing down my choices. Is there a "checklist" of questions that I should be asking the brokers when i find a property i am interested in? What are the standard questions I need to have them answer?
