That’s 100% true Baltimore is a unique area with Million dollars home sprinkled throughout and $10k homes a few blocks away. Tons of potential but do your due diligence

How much are lenders requiring you to leave in the BRRR house when transitioning from hard money to 30 year fix? 25%? 30%?
