@Tom Volpe....just to clarify, you are looking for a duplex in nassau to live in, or to rent out both units? It kind of seemed like you said both and I do not want to give you an ill informed answer

Hey Jon-Michael Agli Out here in Suffolk it all depends on the neighborhood you're looking for. Are u willing to rent section 8? Do u prefer a top notch school district? There are buy and hold deals available, it just depends on what your preferences are. I'd be more than happy to discuss it further with you.

@Ryan Thomas

Hey Ryan,

yes I called and it was something called renatus I believe is how it was spelled.  Some kind of pay for education and training type of thing.  Nothing one on one which is what I was hoping and still looking for.

Hi guys, I'm in Long Island New York and am looking for advice on finding an investor to work with. I have someone interested in selling their home for cash at a wholesale price. However, I don't want to just wholesale it to an investor. What I'm looking for is someone to walk me through the entire fix and flip process from start to finish. Obviously I'd like to make some money too but I'm more concerned with the education. Should I just call local investors and see if anyone is interested in this sort of arrangement? Thanks in advance for any thoughts and advice. -Chris

Hi guys! I'm out on Long Island New York. A suburb of New York City. I've seen a few bandit signs in my area for investor apprentices. I called and it was a voicemail messes asking for my information and I would get a call back. Just want to know if you guys think this would be some kind of scam or worth exploring. Thanks in advance. Chris

Hi all,

So I've been loitering here for a while and I just got my first real solid wholesale lead. There is money to be made on this deal but I don't have a lawyer and I am just not versed in the process of wholesaling in NY. If anyone could please help, even if just to direct me to someone else I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you

-Chris
