Long Island investors

Hi guys, I'm in Long Island New York and am looking for advice on finding an investor to work with. I have someone interested in selling their home for cash at a wholesale price. However, I don't want to just wholesale it to an investor. What I'm looking for is someone to walk me through the entire fix and flip process from start to finish. Obviously I'd like to make some money too but I'm more concerned with the education. Should I just call local investors and see if anyone is interested in this sort of arrangement? Thanks in advance for any thoughts and advice. -Chris
