Investor apprentice bandit signs

Hi guys! I'm out on Long Island New York. A suburb of New York City. I've seen a few bandit signs in my area for investor apprentices. I called and it was a voicemail messes asking for my information and I would get a call back. Just want to know if you guys think this would be some kind of scam or worth exploring.
