Where do you post your property and what tactics do you use to get the most interest?

I will be doing very thorough screening! Just looking for more info about where to post the property and how to get the screening going quickly!

Looking at properties for a first investment! Some of the properties are foreclosures or preforeclosure. What would be the best thing to watch for with these properties? Obviously you can get into the properties for cheap but is there underlying costs or things I should know moving forward?

Are foreclosure properties a good option in the Indianapolis area?

I’m 24 in the Indianapolis area. Truely want to get to a $1 million dollar portfolio before before 30. Currently I have no cash.

What are the best ways to get in the market with my current situation? How do I evaluate good deals vs bad deals so I don’t get burned.

I’m in search of my first multi family property in the Indianapolis area. I have a few places in mind that are decently priced.. BUT I don’t know:

A. What is a actually a good deal for multi family

B. What to look for in a multi family

The numbers seem to be correct on the surface but all I know if subtracting income from expenses to get cash flow. Problem is I don’t know all the expenses associated with buying a property.

Any tips can help. Looking for some good direction to get this real estate ball rolling!
